ü Your contents sum insured is not more than £100,000
ü You do not open to non-residents
ü You do not take guests referred to you by the DSS or any other charitable organisation
ü No other business takes place in your home
ü You live in the property
ü The property is in a good state of repair and will be so maintained
ü The property does not have any previous damage or signs of damage by subsidence, heave or landslip
ü Your home does not have any special exposure to damage by storm or flood
ü You or any person to be insured have
· never had a proposal for Insurance declined, renewal refused, cover terminated, increased premium required or special conditions imposed be any Insurer
· never been convicted of or cautioned for (or charged but not yet tried with) any criminal offence other than motoring offences
ü The sum(s) insured will represent the full replacement costs
ü you will maintain sum(s) insured at their full value
ü The property is not likely to be left unoccupied for more than 60 consecutive days
ü You have read and agree to our terms of business
