Letter from America
We recently received an e-mail from a lady claiming that on Monday, July 13th one of our policyholders, driving a 1995 Chevrolet Truck, hit her car on the Freeway in West Point, Mississippi. We found this difficult to believe as we don't offer auto, sorry motor, insurance in this country let alone in the USA!
After investigation, we forwarded the e-mail to the intended recipient - Lyon Insurance Agency Inc of Mississippi, who's e-mail address is similar to ours, except that theirs ends in .com and ours in .co.uk
