• £500 excess for Subsidence, Heave and Landslip claims

Guest House Policy

• Designed for owner occupied properties with up to 12 bedrooms in total (private and letting)
• Automatic Contents Sum Insured of up to £100,000 – can be increased if required
• Up to £250,000 for Business Interruption following an insurable claim
• Cover for Goods in Transit, Failure of Public Utilities and Book Debts included
